Fragrant Rice
It is easily digestable, low in fat, cholesterol, and is high in carbohydrates and Vitamins B and E.
Fried Ikan Bilis
Although it may be fried and heaty, it contains Omega 3 fatty acids and proteins.
Chicken
Chicken is high in protein, Vitamin B3 and B6, but is relatively heaty.
Hard-boiled Egg
It is high in Vitamin B6 and 12, calcium, iron and zinc etc.
Cucumbers
It contains lots of Vitamin K, copper, manganese, Vitamin C, magnesium etc.

A dish comprising of rice vermicelli in sour and spicy gravy, with bean sprouts, hard-boiled egg, fishcake, and Tau Pok (Fried beancurd)
Rice Vermicelli
It is gluten-free(compared to noodles made from wheat flour), low in cholesterol and sodium, with high amounts of zinc and fibre.
Bean Sprouts
It contains lots of iron, zinc, magnesium etc, with all types of vitamins, and is also high in amino acids.
Fishcake
Mostly uses cod as a filling, which is high in vitamin Bs, niacin, selenium, and is low in saturated fats. It is however high in cholesterol.
Hard-boiled Egg
It is high in Vitamin B6 and 12, calcium, iron and zinc etc.
Tau Pok (defrosted and deep-fried tofu)
High source of protein which is rich in iron, calcium, magnesium.

Butter Rice
Good source of carbohydrates, which is low in saturated fats, cholesterol, sugar, but is unfortunately high in sodium.
Sausage
It is rather high in saturated fats and sodium, but contains carcinogens which may lead to cancer.
Chicken
Chicken is high in protein, Vitamin B3 and B6.
Sunny up Egg
It is high in Vitamin B6 and 12, calcium, iron and zinc etc.
Peas
It is generally high in Vitamin A, K and C, folate, thiamin, is a good antioxidant and anti-flammatory food to protect one against gastric cancer

It is a good source of carbohydrates & energy, with low levels of sodium and cholesterol. Besides, it also has a low Glycemic Index(blood sugar levels don't rise quickly)

Contains Vitamin K, C, B and potassium, copper with antioxidant properties
Tomato Ketchup sauce
Surprisingly, it contains Vitamin A & C, low in fats but high in sugar and sodium

Rich in Vitamin B6, B12 with high levels of iron, zinc and calcium, overall being quite good for eye health
