Warm-up videos
In this video, we’ve included some static stretches that you can use to stretch your muscles before any exercise. Stretching before an exercise would prevent many injuries and avoid any muscle cramps. However, this list is not exhaustive. Do find other stretches that would suit your workout/training :)
These are some simple exercises that you can do to warm up. Warming up is very important as it raises the temperature of your muscles so they do not get injured easily when you do your workout/training. This list however, is also not exhaustive and you can find other exercises to do that is appropriate for your work out :)
